These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Val3nt Solutions Inc. ("Val3nt," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Val3nt Solutions Inc. provides artificial intelligence strategy and process optimization consulting services, including hourly consulting engagements and fixed-price Business Assessments (Small, Medium, and Large). The scope of each engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
All purchases of services from Val3nt Solutions Inc. are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy. No exceptions will be made.

In the event Val3nt Solutions Inc. is unable to fulfill a confirmed engagement due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a credit of equal value toward a future engagement. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Payment is due as specified at the time of engagement. Hourly consulting is invoiced after each session. Business Assessments require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final report. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Val3nt Solutions Inc. will keep all client business information shared during an engagement strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (e.g., assessment reports). Val3nt retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property used during the engagement.
Val3nt Solutions Inc. provides advisory and consulting services. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
