Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). Val3nt receives only limited payment confirmation data (e.g., last four digits of card, transaction ID) and does not have access to your full payment credentials.

Service providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.

Billing and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by Canadian tax law.
