This policy applies to all services provided by Val3nt Solutions Inc. ("Val3nt," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
All purchases of services from Val3nt Solutions Inc. are final and non-refundable. This applies to all service types, including hourly consulting sessions and all Business Assessment packages (Small, Medium, and Large).
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or cancellation of the engagement.
Hourly consulting is billed at $250 USD per hour. Once a session has been scheduled and payment has been made, the fee is non-refundable. We encourage clients to confirm their availability and readiness before booking.
Assessment packages are fixed-price engagements requiring a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final report. All amounts paid are non-refundable at any stage of the engagement.
In the unlikely event that Val3nt Solutions Inc. is unable to fulfill a confirmed engagement due to circumstances within our control, we will credit the full amount paid toward a future engagement of equal or greater value. No cash refunds will be issued.
